Our Approach

At Bridge to Relationship, we’re deeply committed to creating therapy that’s compassionate, curious, and profoundly effective. We integrate diverse modalities—from memory reconsolidation and the Nurtured Heart Approach to psychedelic-assisted therapy—all grounded in the latest neuroscience. We believe therapy should feel safe, affirming, and free of judgment. Our style is warm yet direct, blending humor, gentle challenge, and deep respect for each person’s journey. We tailor every session to your unique needs and work at your pace. Whether you’re healing trauma, transforming relationships, or exploring new ways to thrive, we’re here to support real, lasting change.

Meet Bridget

Bridget Saladino is a Licensed Professional Counselor, integrative therapist, certified mediator, and founder of Bridge to Relationship. She is known for her skilled, compassionate listening and astute communication, offering clients wisdom, resources, and meaningful reflections. Bridget believes deeply that everyone deserves respect and a voice, and she practices with sensitivity and wholehearted welcome for every story.

With over 25 years of diverse experience spanning counseling, international feminist studies, world religions, and business, Bridget blends cutting-edge neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and a wide array of therapeutic modalities—including Psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, EMDR and Rapid Trauma Processing, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and the Nurtured Heart Approach, in which she is an Advanced Trainer.

Bridget is especially passionate about rapid trauma healing, relationship transformation, and working with both women and men through a gender-aware lens. Her personal journey as a parent to two young adult children—including navigating intense family dynamics—has deeply shaped her approach and fuels her commitment to helping others find profound change.

A longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest who has also lived and traveled extensively abroad, Bridget brings cultural awareness, warmth, and deep respect to her work. She is honored to partner with clients in achieving genuine healing and transformation.

Jerry Bryan_edited.jpg
Jerry Bryan, MAAT, Pastoral Care
Advisor, Mentor, Co-dreamer

Jerry brings a remarkably diverse background to his work as a companion on the path of healing and personal growth. Informed by extensive studies in the Earth sciences, advanced mathematics, fluid mechanics, feminist liberation, poetry, applied theology, and nuclear energy, Jerry coordinated fish and watershed restoration and carbon emission reduction projects for 40 years, converting antiquated infrastructure to innovative state-of-the-art systems that benefit Pacific salmon, local communities, and diverse, traditionally opposed stakeholders. Throughout his career, Jerry held an absurdly idealistic commitment to cultivating regenerative practices and processes that sought to empower people to live simply for the common good of all.

Alongside his professional pursuits, Jerry has deeply immersed himself in inner work and spiritual development, including in Franciscan Father Richard Rohr’s original Men’s Rites of Passage in the deserts of New Mexico. While the men’s work set him on an important path, Jerry’s own transformative journey continued through profound personal experiences—including facing cancer—and learning from extraordinary women whose wisdom reshaped his understanding of healing and initiation.

These days, he focuses on poetry and music, the poets most influential to him being Leonard Cohen for pure theology, Robert Frost for pastoral essence, Robinson Jeffers for misanthropic allegory, Mary Oliver for mystery and wonder, the Sufi mystics for liminal space, and former Washington State Poet Laureate Rena Priest on behalf of the Pacific Northwest Salmon.

With over a decade of experience in therapeutic and helping roles, Sydni brings empathy, leadership, and a deep understanding of family dynamics as a married mother of two. Her background includes working as a Behavior Intervention Specialist in schools, mentoring youth in the juvenile justice system, and supporting public health departments through major transitions. She is skilled at meeting clients where they are, helping them identify goals, and supporting their growth with compassion and respect. She is committed to ethical, client-centered care for people of all backgrounds.

Sydni grew up in a small mountain town in Colorado and feels most at peace outside while hiking, biking, or sitting in the quiet with a good book. â€‹â€‹

Dr. Mary Jane Wilt, LPC, LMFT, NCC, PHD
Advisor

Mary Jane specializes in helping adult survivors of childhood neglect, abuse, and trauma find lasting healing and resilience. She has advanced training in working with individuals, couples, and families impacted by sex addiction, as well as families navigating the challenges of ADHD. More recently, she completed training at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute to offer Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAT) and is licensed in Oregon to provide psilocybin facilitation, wrap-around services, and integration.

Mary Jane considers it an honor to support clients on their journeys toward wellbeing, offering care that goes beyond credentials to create a deeply heart-centered experience. She’s passionate about helping clients reach the spectacular view waiting at the top of their own climbs.
